If mod doesn't work:
1) Open %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\logs
2) Open error.log file with Notepad
3) Copy all from it to https://gist.github.com/ (if you have github account) or https://pastebin.com/
4) After post here shared link. If steam block link - just post shared code and site name

4) После копируйте полученную ссылку сюда. Если Стим будет тереть ссылку - просто пишите сайт и код от файла
