END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Aether Games Inc., a company based in Wyoming, US ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the Cards of Eternity: The Wheel of Time game software ("Software" or "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Aether Games Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on a compatible device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the Software in any manner not expressly permitted by this EULA.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) are owned by Aether Games Inc. or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software, and you may not claim any such ownership.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, running the Software in a cyber café, computer gaming center, or any other location-based site.
Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The Software may allow you to create, upload, and share content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). By creating UGC, you grant Aether Games Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publicly display such UGC for any purpose, including promotional and marketing purposes.
You agree that you will not create or share UGC that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Aether Games Inc. reserves the right to remove any UGC that it deems inappropriate at its sole discretion.
5. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Aether Games Inc. may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Software ("Updates"). You agree that the Software may automatically download and install Updates, and you grant Aether Games Inc. permission to install these on your device. This EULA applies to any such Updates unless the Update includes a separate license, in which case that license will apply.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately and automatically without any notice from Aether Games Inc. if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AETHER GAMES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF AETHER GAMES INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AETHER GAMES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AETHER GAMES INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, US, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, US.
10. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
Aether Games Inc. reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated EULA on our website or within the Software. Your continued use of the Software following any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated EULA.
