how do you make a mojito and how do you use the shaker, and Why is this not in the tutorial?

Can't pour rum for mojito, tried closing tutorial and still can't pour anything

i downloaded the game and my keybd and mouse has mo effect. It stays on the intro screen and that's it. the only key that works is the esc key. and that justs pauses the game. any ideas on how to use this software would be appreciated.
