How to unlock it?

I feel like there needs to be a counter to show you how many anomalies there are in each hour, or at least something to say that you got all of them for that hour. It's really frustrating finding 3 then scouring every inch for any more before finding out that there was only 3 and you wasted your time, or going through after not seeing any and finding out there were 2 others....

It says 20 and 38. What is these anomalies?

Looking at my achievements, I could find 98 anomalies. I can't complete the game because I can't find the other two. I found the following anomalies, but what are the others?
