Missing exe file

Seems like I am only one who is missing exe file for this game, so I try my luck here. Screenshot with integrity check (everything is fine) and folder with game without any file. Link I tried it on different computers with same problem. If I put it to download list, it just say 0 kb downloaded successfully, which is weird itself, but can't figure it why (different antivirus programs and one computer with antivirus off). I have W10 OS...
