Except it is a civil suit and a jury trial. You can't weaponize the DOJ in a civil suit and you can't claim an entire jury is politically motivated.

I don't get the mentality that Trump never has done anything that he can be sued for because that would mean it's political. Trump has been sued before he entered politics, back when he was donating to both Democrats and Republicans. Were those law suits in the 80's, 90's, 20's politically motivated?
