I got Rascal's gun and I put the Newton head outside with Beauty. Also managed to get Dunc out and got the cone, but I don't have a clue on what do do next. How do I get a phone?

I have played this game for about an hour now, and I think it's safe to say that I'm already stuck. I have talked to the depressed cactus, the music geek on the computer, and the officer on the floor below, clicked everything that looks like it can be intereacted with and I'm still lost as to what to do. Also, I feel like I am missing something in regards to items; Maggie can clearly look at items (like the afore mentioned beer bottle), but she cannot pick them up or do anything else with them. A friend had this on her wishlist and I been intending to buy it for her. Thanks to the Dollars to Argentinian Peso transaction I made it possible to add funds to my steam wallet w/o a credit card. But the thing is that now the option to buy this game doesn't appear??? Can I ask why?...

Hello! I ADORE this game!! However, after speaking with Rascal the cop, I tried to have Maggie get the beer for him. While examining the beer within the fridge, I clicked on the television. Maggie then "teleported" to her default position in the center of her apartment. At this point, I could no longer interact with the fridge.
