I though it was a good idea to make divisions! So the members that have the silver a star are the clan leaders and the principal participants of this group, the other members that do not have any star are the second in command of each clan! This is just to help us to distiguish who the leaders are.
but the members that are second in command will act has leader in case of an leader's absence in a meeeting.
