Dearest Imperial Majesty, I write to you with the the most sincere respect of your imperial rule. However, as leader of die Freikonservative Partei I, I recognise it is my duty to ask Your Imperial Majesty and Your Imperial Majesty's Chancellor to ask for a general election in the Imperial Reichstag. It has been a long time since we last had an election and the people of the Reich needs to be properly represented. I hope that Your Imperial Majesty may find time to arrange this constitutional prosedure.
