iReaper has been VAC banned for changing crosshairs using game file fixes. I assure you all that his ban has nothing to do with aim hacking or map hacking, and was simply a mistake with an attempt to change crosshair skins. iReaper has currently contacted Valve officials and informed them of the mixup.
