What is Mental Health?
Mental illness, also called mental health disorders, refers to a wide range of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood, thinking and behavior. Examples of mental illness include depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addictive behaviors.


What's the purpose of this group?
1. Raising awareness for Mental Health everywhere.
2. Promoting projects related to Mental health awareness.

If you write a book or talk MH at twitter, blog or other social media, have a MH awareness/charity stream or other projects related to MH awareness and/or charity let us know!


What i want this Group to-do?
To allow people to talk more freely about mental health, one Man dies to suicide every minute that means every hour sixty men die all around the world.

What Can you do?
Talk to your friends, take five to ten minutes to speak to someone, you speaking to people can save life's. Words save life's, Men are not amazing at speaking that is why suicide rates are so high, so by you taking the time to speak to someone not only helps there mental Health But yours, so take the time and speak to your mates.

What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying or cyberharassment is a form of bullying or harassment using electronic means. Cyberbullying and cyberharassment are also known as online bullying. It has become increasingly common, especially among teenagers.

Why you should not Cyberbully?
You do not know what is going on in that persons life, yes you might think it is a joke but they may not view it that way and can effect there mental health, messaging someone continuously or just once with hateful degrading comments can effect people, think about your word because words can hurt.

What is Movember?
Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.
