This is a fairly large update with the main focus on changing two factions: the Legion and the NCR. There was a large amount of minor fixes that are not really worth mentioning in the update log since they were minor bugs. However, most of the important information has been logged here.

SERVER CHANGES
● Added melee weapons like the powerfist, super sledge, and spiked knuckles to the Legion classes. These melee weapons can block other melee weapons, has a stamina system, and can deal out a large amount of damage if the person hits the target correctly.
● Plasma caster was nerfed from 200 damage to 150 damage per shot. In addition, the plasma caster will be removed from the Enclave Trooper PA class for gameplay purposes.
● Added in three new items into the workshop collection: Rogue Ranger Armor, [F:NV] Riot Gear, and the [TFA] Redux Base. This items will be added into the FastDL collection after a quick server restart.
● Some of the NPC Spawners along the map were removed to help improve server performance.
● Contested territory is now a feature of the map. Factions can claim contested territory temporarily as an outpost.
● Updated the F4 Menu rules section with the new updated rules.
● Added the most requested feature to date: allow players to purchase shotgun ammo from the F4 Menu.

Legion Perks were buffed:
● "Death Among All Things" Perk - Damage changed from 30% to 35%, movement decrease changed from -25% to -10%, health decrease changed from -200 to -100.
● "Against Caesar" Perk was fixed; it lowered your HP instead of raising it - Changed Damage decrease from -25% to -15%, Evasion decrease is the same, Health increase changed from 100 to 150.
● "Scientific Frontier" Perk was changed - Changed Damage decrease from -25% to -10%, Health increase changed from 100 to 50, and movement has an increase of 10%.
● "Strengthened Bones" Perk - Health is the same, Movement decrease has changed from -15% to -5%, and Damage debuff removed entirely.

NCR Perks were buffed:
● "Death, Among All Things" Perk - Removed the Evasion debuff, everything else remains the same.
● "The Sun Sets In The West" Perk - Removed the Damage Resistance debuff, Damage decrease changed from -25% to -10%, and the Health increase remains the same.
● "Adamantium Skeleton" Perk - Removed the evasion debuff, Movement decrease changed from -20% to -10%, and the Damage Resistance increase remains the same.

NCR Jobs Change:
● NCR Ranger Damage Resistance changed from 5% to 10%.
● NCR Veteran Ranger Damage Resistance changed from 10% to 15%.
● NCR HIC now has the same stats as the NCR Ranger class.

Server Reopened + Update 1.6
SERVER CHANGES
- Enclave Trainee is now able to spawn in the entities. The coding was messed up to where they weren't allowed to spawn in any entities.
- All the base factions level requirement has been increased to at least level 10.
- Server rules have been changed. You can read it below.
- F4 Menu was updated with the new server rules.
- Changed the server map and set up new NPC spawns and set spawns for the various jobs. We will be doing extended testing to see if we can handle the map and if people like this map over the other map.

Donor Custom Class Changes
- Raider Assassin was nerfed. Base Health changed from 500 to 400. Base Armor changed from 150 to 100. Base Damage Resistance changed from 5% to 0%. Suppressed Sniper Rifle changed to Scoped Hunting Rifle.

Donation Options:
- Players are no longer allowed to donate to be a raider for their custom class. Players who currently have a raider custom class will be allowed to keep their raider classes so long as they do not abuse their class. Consequences for doing so can lead to revocation of custom class, stat reductions, or class change.

RDM Rules
- Raiders are not allowed to kill players in other faction territories. The reason for this change is so that raiders do not spawn kill or harass other factions.

- The roll command dictates where roleplay is heading. In order for a roll to be authentic, the person initiating the roll MUST submit the request, Example: Rolled 100. “[Speech] This isn’t a brahmin carrying weapons and ammunition, you don’t need to inspect it!”
- By choosing not to roll, you forfeit the roll and are subject to the player initiating it. Failure to respond to the request entirely is considered fail RPing.
- All rolls must be reasonable and tailored to both parties.
Raid Rules

Any faction or organized group is permitted to conduct a main base raid when the following conditions have been met:
? Before raiding, you must have the following number of personnel:
- Main Faction: 4 players and 1 officer.
- Side Faction: 3 players and 1 officer.
- Donor Faction: 3 players and 1 officer.
- Waste landers, raiders, and or organized militia: 7 players and 0 officers.
*The defending party does not require an officer, however they must have at least 5 players online to defend their faction base in order for the raid to be legitimate.

- All raids must be adverted with a request first. This is to allow the defending faction a chance to fulfill the request, or ready their defenses. If the request is fulfilled, you are not permitted to conduct a raid again for 30 minutes. “Example: The NCR demands you to release your prisoners or we will free them ourselves by force!”

Misc. Rules

- Dealers and merchants are not permitted to scam players.
- Raiders may KOS but not be KOSd. If you are attacked by a raider, you are entitled to your life and may defend yourself/pursue the raider that tried to kill you. If you see a raider, you may alert others but you may NOT attack on sight.
- Neutral towns can not be raided nor controlled by any factions. It is considered a server "Cease-fire" zone. People may meet there to hang out, chat, and do not have to worry about being fired upon.
