Hey everyone,

Over months of thinking I've come to the final decision that it's best to shutdown all servers permanently. I came to this decision mostly for two reasons. One being because it's the only way I can do the other things that I enjoy in my life and two being that I'm extremely exhausted from running servers as an individual. I've also been neglecting myself for too long over the past years, particularly my health, and this isn't anybody's fault but mine. As a single person, running these servers and constantly maintaining them requires insane amounts of work and time, especially since these servers have lots of mods and also game updates breaking things every once in a while. The toxicity, however, that's ruling among this community is also another reason that's been driving me away - for months, in fact. Ever since then I've been putting less and less effort and work into what I've been doing. It even reached the point where I, myself, got "infected" with it. Despite it being inevitable, this recent game update was basically the straw that broke the camel's back. Don't get me wrong and think that I'm seeking sympathy, I don't, but I hope that you guys can understand.

Thank you to those that financially supported me running these servers and the people that invested their time administrating them.

EU servers will be shutdown on July 11th and US servers on August 18th. Please don't do any more donations, since I can't refund them.

In the meantime, there won't be any updates or bug fixes. There might be server crash fixes, but that depends on how severe they'll be. I can't guarantee anything, though.

Hey everyone,
here's another server update containing following changes/fixes:

• US servers have been moved to New York City, so players achieve even lower ping!
  
• Several server crashes have been fixed, including some long standing ones
  
• Your movement speed is now decreased when using Sniper Rifle or Hunting Rifle
  
• gameME Stats are going to be shutdown on May 28th, since there aren't enough funds to cover cost and stats being overall unreliable

• Bots will now wait out spit and fire, if it's in their way
  
• Bots will no longer wait somewhere when they've entered spit or fire
  
• An issue has been fixed where bots wouldn't jump on easy obstacles
  
• Bots no longer teleport when they're getting stuck (experimental)

• Death Toll 1:
  
  • Several nav mesh issues have been fixed which would cause survivor bots to get stuck
  
  
• No Mercy 2:
  
  • Invisible blockers have been added on top of generators to extend already existing clip brush so that bots don't get stuck trying to jump on top of it
  
  
• No Mercy 3:
  
  • Car in garage where weapons are located has been slightly repositioned so bots are less likely to get stuck on its details
  
  
• The Passing 3:
  
  • Infected will now also spawn in area between safe room and elevator, before finale has started

here's another server update containing following changes/fixes:

• An exploit has been fixed where specials were able to skip respawn times by switching to spectators and joining back (reported by Mrkouter)
  
• An issue has been fixed where chargers would get stuck in player clip brushes when they were charging players while being inside it (reported by top tier)
  
• An anti-cheat method has been implemented which prevents survivors from being able to use ghost infected related cheats
  
• An issue has been fixed where sometimes chargers wouldn't slam survivors against certain moveable objects in maps, while carrying them
  
• Survivors that got smoked and are falling off big heights will now take fall damage when they're hanging and no longer when they hit the ground
  
• An issue has been fixed where pummeled survivors that are falling down wouldn't take any damage upon landing
  
• An issue has been fixed where chargers were able to charge pummeled survivors

• Names of players, that you've muted, will no longer be shown to you

• Bots now use melee weapons to defend themselves against multiple attacking infected
  
• Bots now use melee weapons to free you from specials
  
• Bots now prefer rifles instead of pistols when attacking infected
  
• An issue has been fixed where bots would still tap-fire chargers when they're saving you from them
  
• Bots will no longer quit saving you from chargers when they've got puked on by boomers

Hey everyone,
here's another server update containing following changes/fixes:

• You're no longer required to re-mute players after map changes
  
• Messages of players that you've muted will no longer be shown to you
  
• Players will remain muted, even if they leave the server and rejoin. However, mute list gets cleared when you leave the server
  
• You're now able to mute/unmute several players simultaneously by using filters, such as @all, @survivors and @infected
  
• Menu to mute/unmute players now remains open when selecting players
  
• It's no longer necessary to wait until players have fully connected (in-game) to mute/unmute them
  
• In order to see which connected players have been muted, simply type !su or !selfunmute

• Spawn locations are now displayed in a panel instead of being printed to your chat
  
• Spawn locations will now remain displayed, even when bosses have already spawned or have been removed by The Director
  
• An issue has been fixed where sometimes incorrect spawn locations were displayed due to game recomputing nav flow distances which causes it to shift locations

• You're now allowed to connect to servers as a SourceTV spectator. Currently, slots are limited to 16 and it's only possible to connect to servers by connecting through console:

  • SourceTV offers the ability to have an unlimited number of spectators watching online games based on the Source Engine. SourceTV spectators are invisible to players and can't interact with the running game in any way

• Menu to selectively take control over a spawning tank is no longer being displayed to you
  
• An rare issue has been fixed where AFK manager plugin would occasionally kick bots for idling

here's another server update containing following changes/fixes:

• Flashlight plugin has been removed to improve fps and to prevent survivors from having visual advantages against player infected
  
• Round start time has been decreased from 60 to 45 seconds
  
• Survivors are now able to toggle laser sights of any held weapon on and off by typing "!tgllaser" in chat, provided weapon has laser upgrade

• Players are no longer restricted from buying spitters while tank is around

• An issue has been fixed where bots would never pick up items when tank is around
  
• An issue has been fixed where bots would never pick up ammo when holding any other weapon other than primary one, while tank is around
