after about a minute the latency doubles and i don't know how to fix it besides disconnecting my headset no other game does this and it makes me want to throw up [Quest 2 air link]

going into the settings makes it happen earlier if i dont mess with it and i have tried lowering all the graphics settings nothing makes it any better or any worse

id reccomend lowering the graphics settings
my valve index was struggling to run the game on its default settings
