As an avid motorsport fan and enthusiast, I've always been keen to play racing sim. I've played a lot of titles in the past 15 years. Only 3 titles that kept me reeled in. GTR2, RFactor, and this one. That feeling of shaving the lap times, hitting the apex, carving the perfect line, fighting for optimum grip, fiddling the throttle for maximum traction. All is great in this game.

Pros :
Great selection of cars
Moddable (a lot of great cars too). Try Custom Shader Patch. Highly recommended!
Great feeling of FFB
Nice graphics
Great performance, even running flawlessly on my old PC
Still a lot of server running
Great attention of details
Great track quality. Really accurate. Laser scanned.
Some cars have great sounds too

Cons:
Amount of track.
UI. Looked like unfinished game. (use Content Manager instead)
No 24 hour time cycle. Only morning to almost evening.
No rain or snow weather. But still okay though.
No working headlights. The game engine limitation.

Until AC2 this game will be my main sim.
