The 27 dollar amount is what Backpack or the inventory manager program you are using shows for your entire backpack. That number also includes lots non-tradable items. Once you subtract the non-tradables you are left with a number lower than that. My offer of 5 keys for everything is quite fair given you get pure right now for everything and don't need to try to sell items off for weeks/months which is how long it can sometimes take. My offer of 5 keys still stands, so feel free to see if you could get more elsewhere, it is your stuff afterall.
