A truly captivating experience, except for those moments when you have to build up the courage to start a new factory. The process of compacting assembly lines and watching the machines roar to life delivers a brain chemistry boost that might as well be an alternative to crack.

I highly recommend playing on train worlds, as it gives you a reason to toy around with one of the best parts of the game: trains. I spend hours carefully organising an entire railway system while the factory expanded and evolved with new research in every single session I play. And it's truly awesome to see it functioning with no bottlenecks.

The Space Exploration DLC is a must-play, offering multiple progression paths. Need metallurgy? Head to Vulcanus. Want mech armor and quality production? Fulgora is the place. Looking for faster research and pissing off new neighbors? Gleba is your unforgiving green hell. By the endgame, with a fully optimized system, your factory becomes an unstoppable force.

This game is dangerously addictive.

A ridiculous experience, which offers a lot of laughs; either through it's stupid Newgrounds humor throught the campaign, or the minigames it offers. And all that for dirt cheap.

It's specially more fun with friends because you fight hundreds of enemies and tough foes together, only to turn against each other over who's getting the kiss from the hot babe princess.

Insane mode is, as advertised, insane indeed. I absolutely despise going through the thief-infested forests in this mode :(

Either way, 10/10.

This program is absolutely worth every single penny; giving you nearly all the professional tools you need to dive into pixel art as a hobby, it's even easy to learn too! Every so often you discover new things that further increase your workflow speed.

Since getting it, I’ve made hundreds of dollars just doing simple, silly commissions.

Highly recommended!!!!

I only played the campaign. And for that alone, it's been a sensational experience. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love the ability to kick ass as a titan or even as a mere pilot.

There are infinite ways to engage into combat; stealthy, or just tank it all as an unstoppable war-machine. Don't even get me started on the parkour you can do to flank and surprise your opponents in this game too. Just plain awesome.

Cryptic and Sinister walking simulator that frequently makes me ask myself "What the hell am I looking at" every 5 minutes.

Would recommend.

This game is just like I remember when I played it around the first 10 years of my life.

Goofy artstyle, simple and easily understandable concept, exponential ways to strategize your lawn. And the Zen Garden to tend to after you're done kicking zombie ass.

Just plain awesome.

For a game that calls itself an Ecosystem Simulator; it is terrifyingly accurate. It’s merciless, the creatures move in an organic way, you have uncountable relationships with several different species that inhabit this wretched world. Be nice to them, they might tolerate you, some might even reward you; but piss them off, and they will hunt you down, wherever you are.

And then there’s the lore... Jesus ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Christ, the lore is massive, cryptic, and ridiculously hard to uncover. The moment I understand at least 40% of it, I’ll consider myself a scholar.

Also I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate these damn centipedes

This game mixes vehicle customization with RTS mechanics in a way that tickles my brain in a good way. It even inspired me to look into Aircraft Sciences!

The only downside is the mental struggle of spending 15 hours building a single vessel, constantly sweating over whether it’ll be worth it against similar-tier competitors. Sometimes it performs way beyond expectations, taking down ships with twice the materials, and sometimes it’s a total failure that needs to be put down due to Neter's laws of Nautical Darwinism.

It’s the kind of game that can suck you in for hours just like cocaine. One moment, you’re just testing a design, and the next thing you know, it’s 4 AM, and you’re in for a rough morning after burning out your brain for seven straight hours.

But hey, if my big ship makes other big ships go boom, I’m all in, heheheh.

The game can be a mixed experience. Some players might find it boring due to the long campaign, griefing teammates, or having to play solo because of a lack of friends. On the other hand, with a good crew, it can be a blast! Whether it's tackling bandits on abandoned outpost missions, taking down abyssal creatures against all the odds, or just having a great time screaming like a 5-star actor to your deaths together.

The game is well-made, and in my 200 hours of playing, I never had crashes or major performance issues (except in colonies). The sub editor is also very intuitive, allowing for endless customization of submarine systems and decorations.

The modding community in this game is also spot-on, with several engaging mods such as Real Sonar, The nightmarish Neurotrauma (which taught me alot about medicine), environmental mods, and the stupid funny stuff that gives me a laugh every time I tried them.

For me, most of the fun came from building submarines with advanced systems using dozens of logic gates, heavily decorating them to tell a story through the designs and rooms, or modifying built-in subs. I’d guess at least 70% of my playtime was spent in the sub editor, I'm not joking.

Overall, you like building subs? Or managing crews? Go for it. Otherwise you might have a bit of a bad time.

Thus far, the game has an incredible potential. The 25cm grid feels much better to work with compared with SE1. And if you don't own this game yet, try out SE1's 50cm grid mod, it gives a great impression of what's to hope for from this game.

VRAGE3 is also amazingly well optimized, bringing stunning stunning visuals with rare stuttering even for low-end machines on medium graphical settings (default). Perhaps it's because the game is currently barebones, but I'm hoping this keeps up, because that's a major improvement from SE1's 11 year old engine!

The new grid also allows me to finally make a dream of mine come true, interior decorations! It always was extremely limited, and now infinite possibilities arise! I can't wait to see what new blocks I can use to make cockpits/craft interiors with!

The main issues I found thus far are:

Raytracing: It lags the hell out of the game, doesn't seem to be well optimized for it yet.

Mirror issues: Sometimes when switching blocks, the mirror seems to turn off on it's own, and realizing it's gone after building a good chunk of the ship is quite displeasing.

Large craft collisions: Crashes the engine, it seems to not be able to sustain a big amount of blocks being destroyed and turned into bits.

Overall, this game shines with hope. All I wish for though, is that this game doesn't follow the same path from the previous one of adding alot of content, but almost nothing to use it against (Lack of NPC related encounters in SE1).
