@Bevel, in re Civ V Cityscreen, it beats me ?? That's the way this game has been since ?? when? It is consistent with the "Show Queue" check box.
If I select "Purchase", there is a "Produce" button at the bottom of the list.

We need to try some more Civ V at some point
