Early Access Review
So far, POE2 feels very much like POE1, but with better graphics and a few interesting changes.
If you've never played POE1, you will find POE2 a bit complex at first. But it's much easier to learn than the original.

Music: is fantastic.
Graphics: are well done.
Voice Acting: is great.
Story: is a bit long if you don't like to read a lot. But, you can choose not to engage in the broader story line if you want to skip it, and it won't effect your game play.
Controls: are surprisingly improved over POE1 due to the ability to move and attack simultaneously, and the option to use either WASD or click-to-move. In click-to-move, you can click where you want to move, then focus on attacking while the character moves in that direction.

If you've played POE1, you may notice that there are fewer items in each category, like: currency, essence, uniques, etc. I think item reduction is great for POE2 because it reduces clutter, complexity, and processing power, while leaving room for future expansions.
There are also less item tabs available due to less content than POE1, which is expected since additional seasonal content hasn't been released yet.

Overall, POE2 is a great platform to build on, and I look forward to spending at least 500 hours playing it each season as it grows.
