That account is one of a known scammer, all you can do at this point is make sure to be careful. I've encountered him, too. He uses a common scam tactic, *never* trade items over unless you *know* you are going to get the item you want in return. Do not, and I repeat, *do not* trade them over to "check if they're duped". Remember this for next time, hope you manage to recover, best wishes.
