Description
-The only differences are that vents in Hydroanalysis and monorail, as well as some elements in Water Treatment are now visible to the Commanders. Everything else is untouched.

-I'll be running this map on my community server: LuckyFkers.com Enforced (New Hardware)

Fixes: Some of the vent geometry in the vanilla ns2_descent prevent placing structure beneath them in monorail. They have been corrected.
