@The Wizard Guy Who Does Things: No idea, you would have to test that yourself. I assume though that if it works, any unique subject types are changed to whatever the equivalent is for vanilla vassals.

Does this mod work with converters to Victoria 2 or 3?

@FCaligvla: I don't change the vanilla subjects, so they work the same way as in the base game. PUs can have their own vassals. Marches I'm not sure, but I would assume no. Some of the custom subjects may be able to, though usually only the more free ones.

Can senior partners have their own vassals and allies? And I saw that Ottomans' march Algeria has its own vassal, a march can have its own vassal in this mod?

@Yakobobey: Like giving a different country your subjects? Not really. There is a way to give certain subjects to other subjects of you, like a vassal to a bordering PU, but nothing for giving subjects to other independent nations.

Okay, I found it and changed it myself and surprisingly it works :D . Thanks for the info.
And as for merchants, it was true that only more provinces were needed than I thought.

@Rzodkiew: Dominions do give a merchant just like colonies, Autonomous even give two. And treasure fleets are tied to paying tariffs. So nothing to be done about that, unless you enable tariffs for Dominions, which I won't do.
