Ah, sorry, it was a mod that doubled npc spawns, and tweaks ALL modifier stats for pets/monsters/thralls to allow for each player to have 3-4 thrall followers while still being challenging. I haven't updated it in forever though.

Could you be a bit more descriptive? Does this make it to where you can take 3 or 4 more followers or does it make it to where you can customize their appearance?
