Much like Black★Rock Shooter, B★RSB possesses blue eyes and black hair. However, she now sports a different outfit, along with a shorter hairstyle, and new weapons as well.

Her hands are donned in claw-like gloves similar to that of Black★Gold Saw and thigh-high metallic greaves with blue buzzsaw-like wheels at the base. Her shorts are replaced with a skirt and she now wears a tank-top. Most notably is the blue crown, most likely formed by the flames that emit from her left eye. She also has a necklace above her top in the form of five white stars.

Her weapons of choice is a handgun named Seven-Shots, which is considerably smaller than her traditional, much larger ★rock Cannon, and a much larger sword resembling Dragon Slayer's broadsword named BRSBLADE.
