this isn't my first puzzle, just the first in a while to get back into the groove, I wasn't exactly as careful as I should've been with certain softlocks, so sorry about that, my other tests are probably to higher quality but I'll be more considerate next time, thank you for the feedback

I think I see one way it can be done. looks very tedious to get it right though.

Your puzzle is pretty good for being your first one, but the timing sections are a little brutal.
