The map isn't big at all. It's just the building entrance of a small apartment block in Eastern Europe somewhere in a small, dying town. You have access to the drug den on the ground floor; to the burnt-out apartment and the neighboring apartment next to it (the door of which can be opened from the inside once you get in through the burned apartment) on the second floor.
