Description

An overhaul of my 2022 effect of the same name. Enough of the effect was changed that I felt it justified a new submission rather than an update to the old one. Major changes include better particle spawning behavior, better layering of the individual components, and a lot of under-the-hood organization and optimization.

All assets are stock TF2.
