TWR test assembly

Description
This will calculate the thrust to weight ratio (T/W = R) for your small ship.
Only "forward" thrusters (in relation to the RC block) that are on and working will be used in the calculations.

Thanks. And I realized I forgot to put a link to your Craft Control script that I borrowed some code from, so I added that. (I did have it in the script itself).
