you go into the enttties section and then go to cw2.0 ammo and look for 40mm the wile in grnade lancher mode reload

@Tbones Press C to open the customization menu, press 3 to equip the grenade launcher attachment and press E + Right mouse click then left click to shoot the shell.

@Marek R.Reznak Yes we do have plans to make more modern warfare remastered weapons but it might be a while.

Also we might add the PKM and the .44 Magnum possibly in the next update for the modern warfare remastered dlc weapons pack.
