Guys just go to: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod
and open: TBARW_GUI_LITE.mod, change supported_version ="1.12" or "1.13" whatever you like ;)

Updated to work with latest patch 1.10.

Needs a 1.10 update. I works, but the placement of the 4 character icons and the numbers has been slightly altered in the patch, so they are misaligned with the background.

i used your map mods in 1.7, and when 1.8 came out yesterday inserted [supported_version="1.8"] into the .mod file and works great still. (inserted without those brackets)
