It could use some gray/black coloring so that it both adds something to it and also looks like a worn out plastic army soldier so it fits the game better. I guess a little more contrast between the colors would be nice?

If it's meant to represent green toy plastic then it's not glossy enough.

You could have either made a bigger contrast between your secondary and tertiary colors or have different colors all together.

i really like the colour (British racing green is it?) but it could do with some grey/neutral accents
