I updated the item to have team colors instead of black. I also made the mohawk paintable.

I tried adding paintability to the item, but apparently "blending" color tint by base alpha actually just clips it, so there's always a line surrounding the painted regions no matter what I do. I should also mention that I'm making this completely by myself, without any help from the Workshop Mafia (AKA TF2 Emporium).
